Yes, I used to promote M.P.W. However, this is what I discovered after a while. I found that the site owner does not Rotate the advertisements enough or at all, for everyone to actually get their ads displayed evenly and fairly.
The ads that are mostly seen are by the website owner. After months of tracking this pattern, it's clear that most people like me are not getting what we paid for. Therefore, it's really a waste of money and time. I've emailed the site owner with many complaints only to be ignored.
I hate to complain but at this point it I will no longer recommend it.
