bonus tips i forgot to talk about - you can do sled sprints for 15-25 yards with 25% of your body weight on the sled for about 6-8 reps with a minute rest in between for another variation of a speed day. You can also do 5 -10 yard build up to 30 yard sprint as well for another variation of a speed day workout. If you want me to clear up anything, lmk in the comments!
