Solid State Batteries Are Here?
Supposedly, Solid State Marine has come out with solid state IP67 rated marine batteries for boats. These batteries are about 50% lighter than Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries and they are apparently coming to market for boating applications. I saw these in early October at IBEX 2024 in Tampa and these solid state batteries have apparently been shipping since April of this year.
