Duke Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI)
The Duke ELI program is a five-session professional development opportunity for graduate students and postdocs. The program is held over eight weeks in the spring term, and its participants benefit from intensive coaching to improve communication, self-awareness, and leadership skills.
Additionally, participants work in teams on projects that address issues of broad concern to Duke graduate students and postdocs.
