Sketoe's Hole - A Civil War Ghost Story
In this video we look into the Ghost of Sketoe's Hole, the hole that will never stay filled. Towards the end of the Civil War an innocent pastor was lynched by Confederate soldiers. His ghost is said to have haunted the location of this incident near Newton Alabama for many years. As with many such stories, legends grew out of the facts or were made up. We will try to separate out the fact from fiction.
