Plant Panthers vs Robinson Knights | Flag Football 2017 | Firefly Event Photography
The defending state flag football champions Robinson Knights were at home against their rivals, the #2 ranked Plant Panthers. Great game by both teams as they showcased two distinctive offensive playing styles along with top notch defensive play. The Panthers jumped out to an early lead, 13 - 0 at the half but Robinson played a cool and productive second half and scored with a calculated, clock chewing final drive that left under a minute on the clock once they took the lead 20 - 13. The game ended with an incomplete as time expired on the Plant Panthers. This was a competitive, clean, athletic, and awe inspiring display of top notch flag football play that has come to symbolize these two and many more teams in Hillsborough County.
