Recovering Windows password using any Linux live CD

What can you do when you lost your windows password? Re-installing windows? of course not.....
There are some methods that we can use to recover our password.
In the method I'm going to use here, you need to have only a Linux live CD. If you don't have a CD drive then make a live USB using an ISO image of a Linux live CD.
