Failed to start the Docker Engine
Docker Desktop - Windows Hypervisor is not present.
Docker Desktop is unable to detect a Hypervisor. Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the bios.
Solution: Open powershell as administrator and type the command 'bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto'.
Go to turn windows features on or off and enable hyper-v hypervisor. If you see the tooltip message Hyper-V cannot be installed: Virtualization support is disabled in the firmware, then go to BIOS system configuration settings and enable virtualization technology.
WSL kernel version update needed. Docker desktop requires a newer WSL kernel version.
Update the WSL kernel by running "wsl -- update" or follow instructions at

After installing windows subsystem for linux update,launch the docker desktop.
