72 Hours to Fall in Love with Trail Running - Bader & Tom Barrer
Tom Barrer had three days to introduce Bader to trail running and help him fall in love with it.
And it was by heading to Spain that Bader was able to hone his off-road skills, tackling all the dirt tracks that would challenge him with the difficulties these trails have to offer.
On the agenda: falls, climbs, advice, more falls, descents, a via ferrata, a bit of fun, and even more falls.
