Materials:
1620 dirt
1540 carrots
2214 unstained glass
1544 colored glass
236 torches
88 hoppers
22 chests
20 composters
20 water buckets
20 fence gates
20 rails
Additional:
Normal and powered rails
4 regular minecarts
25 villagers (5 per floor)
Reston torches or something to activate the rails
