starting formula, update on my breastfeeding journey 5 months postpartum. With a 5 month old baby my milk supply decreased significantly, so we're introducing formula as I continue to nurse. Chatting about my thoughts and feelings on that, an uncomfy doctor's appointment I've been dreading, going on a run, and the books I've been reading recently!
