And put it into srcds-orangebox-tf-cfg
The server.cfg you download from internett is probably .txt, you must paste the content into a notepad, then save as... autoexec.cfg and then use all files not .txt* then its a .cfg and now place it into c:-srcds-orangebox-tf-cfg
