How to Recover Main YouTube accounts
How to recover your main youtube account:
TIPS:
-Remember the email used on your MAIN account.
Prologue:
-In 2008, I created the youtube account LifeisReal1990 using my yahoo email (for security purposes let's say the yahoo email was [email protected]). In 2012, I logged in to unlink my gmail account with youtube, thus the account [email protected] was created and lost connection to my MAIN account. Now on youtube exsists 2 Lifeisreal1990 accounts, one main with my vids, the other the empty channel. In 2013, I recovered that account, now you shall recover yours.
STEP 1:
-Log in gmail account.
go to SETTINGS then EMAIL (on the left side of the screen)
Under the "Email Address" bold, click on change next to your gmail e-mail.
DELETE your MAIN account's email that associated with creating the youtube account.
SAVE!!
(Example: I logged onto [email protected] and deleted the backup email [email protected])
STEP 2:
-Sign out and Log in clicking "i can't access my account" then type in your MAIN e-mail ([email protected])
STEP 3:
-Follow verification steps to recover ur original Youtube MAIN account.
EPILOGUE:
In 2013, i now stand with both emails to 2 different LifeisReal1990's Youtube accounts. One with the email I always used, and the other created by google, which i shall not touch again.
