My TRX-4 Gets a SICK motor/ESC upgrade! Hobbywing Fusion 2-in-1 Install, Run & Review
I'm so impressed with this setup! In this video, I install and program a Hobbywing QuicRun Fusion 1800KV Motor & ESC 2-in-1 in my Traxxas TRX-4. It's a motor and a speed control combined in one motor can! I then run it in my backyard so you can see how the FOC system works, paired with the TRX-4's cruise control feature. It's a whole new driving style! Overall, there are a lot of great things about brushless sensored motor/ESC - it is really quiet, very smooth, has a lot of low end control (and also speed!), comes with a programming card, ran cool (for my normal wear-and-tear driving), and the FOC technology was great.
