As COVID-19 continues to spread, the future has never felt so unpredictable. These are challenging times for all of us, and we hope you are in good spirits and health. Right now, Hunger Fight is doing everything possible to meet the growing demands for our services. Hunger has become an issue for some who never imagined they would have to face this problem. Over 14,800 children are depending on us to provide them meals every week. With a 47% increase in need throughout our communities, now, more than ever, our community needs us. And we need you.
While there’s a lot of uncertainty, we know that we need to adapt fast to our changing reality. To do so, we’ve changed our Annual Thanksgiving Community Event from a 2-day event in the community to a multi-day event in our warehouse. This allows us to bring in smaller groups to meet social distancing and all other health and safety protocols. And for those who choose to continue their support, but cannot attend, we now offer virtual tables. Call us TODAY to get information on how you can participate in this year’s event.
