Sand bubbler crabs emerge in their thousands
When the tide goes out, sand bubbler crabs move in to feast. They filter nutrients out of the sand, eating detritus and plankton and leave behind little sand pellets which pepper the beach after the crabs have had their fill. But they aren't the only ones out for a meal ...
