1. To purchase it,you need to exchange lTime.
2. the prices starts at 2000τ per week on May 16, 2021 and increases by 1τ daily.
3. If you purchase Land, we will reward you with 1τ every day.
4. Some of the advertising and transaction revenue generated on the Timeland platform will be distributed to the owners. The advertising amount and transaction fees are distributed to the owners on a quarterly basis.
5.Land cannot be sold to any particular person and may give up ownership. When you give up ownership, it returns your initial purchase prices. However, this feature will be applied at the end of the year, and if you return it as lTime, you have to wait 30epoch time. Time rewards incurred during that period is paid to Land as a fee. 1epoch time is 24 hours, 30τ is received as a fee from Land.
For example, if you hold 1 share of Land at 2020τ for 100 days, you will earn 100τ. Excluding 10% of platform fees, you can receive 90τ of reward and additional advertising revenue. In addition, you will receive a transaction fee from the Time Open Market, which allows users to operate a large number of assets. If the ownership is given up, the platform will return 2020τ 30 days later. You cannot receive rewards during the 30epoch time, and the rewards during that period are used as service fees. (The ownership waiver function is expected to be implemented within 2021. Advertisement and market commission distribution will be serviced in 2022.)
