FBI Season 5 + 6 Confirmed. MOST WANTED and INTERNATIONAL Also Renewed For 2 Seasons Each by CBS
Hey, guys! Great news for FBI franchise fans as CBS just renewed ALL THREE shows! This is great news for fans, as FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI International are all wrapping up their fourth, third and debut seasons, respectively, on May 24th. And this is not all the good news. The original FBI series was renewed not for one, but for two seasons at once – Season 5 AND 6. FBI: Most Wanted was ALSO picked up for two more seasons – Season 4 and 5. The newest addition to the FBI franchise, FBI International, followed suit as it was renewed for two seasons as well – Season 2 and 3. This means, that all three shows will be with us through at least 2024. All three are set to premiere their new seasons this fall. Such vote of confidence by CBS is easily explained: all three shows combined bring CBS an average total viewership per episode of nearly THIRTY MILLION viewers!! FBI Season 4 is averaging 10.5 million total viewers, ranking Number 1 in demo rating among all CBS shows – what a feat! FBI Most Wanted and FBI International are averaging 9 and 8.4 million viewers, ranking second and fifth. Season 3 of Most Wanted saw major cast changes: Dylan McDermott and Alexa Davalos joined the main cast, while, unfortunately, Julian McMahon and Kellan Lutz both departed the series. Main FBI and crossover characters, played by Jeremy Sisto, Missy Peregrym and Zeeko Zaki, are all expected to return in new seasons. Please, share in the comments with us: which of the three shows do you enjoy the most and why?
