The VAF airflow temperature sensor broke, what now?
Hey guys, I haven't posted new videos in a while, but I'm here with some news that might help you.
The temperature sensor on my original fuel injection system that I bought came broken, so I tried to trick the fuel injection system by using a set of 2400 ohm resistors in its place. It worked fine at idle, but when driving, the check engine light comes back on, and the car goes into emergency mode, consuming a lot of fuel.
The solution to this problem is to replace the original temperature sensor with an equivalent one. The original has a resistance of 2.5kΩ or 2500 ohms. This sensor isn't readily available, so the solution is to install one with a closer value, which in this case is 2.7kΩ or 2700 ohms. Doing this will solve the problem permanently.
