1. Eligibility: The LOL Surprise Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding its territories and possessions) and Washington D.C. who are at least 13 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant"(s)). Void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and where prohibited. The Giveaway is sponsored by SugarBunnyHops (“Sponsor”).
2. Prize: The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter the Giveaway, as described below, on the SugarBunnyHops YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance at an LOL Surprise Ball(s) (“Prize”). The average retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize-LOL Surprise BIG Surprise Ball or 2 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters and 4 other LOL Surprise Balls of your choice* *(should the required number of 10,000 subscribers be met) is $70; First Prize-1 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters and 4 other LOL Surprise Balls of your choice $54; Second Prize-1 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters and 3 other LOL Surprise Balls of your choice* $44; Third Prize-1 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters and 2 other LOL Surprise Balls of your choice* $34; Fourth Prize-1 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters and 1 other LOL Surprise Ball of your choice* $24; Fifth Prize-1 LOL Surprise Confetti Pop Series 3 Big Sisters Ball $14. The total ARV of all Prizes is $240. *LOL Surprise Balls of your choice include Series 1 Big Sister Rerelease; Series 2 Big Sister, Wave 1 Rerelease; Series 2 Big Sister, Wave 2; Series 2 Lil Sister; Glitter Series; Series 3 Pets; Series 3 Lil Sister **Limit One Selection of any Type of LOL Surprise Ball. THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.
3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on January 19, 2018 and shall end at 6:00 p.m. PST on February 24, 2018 ("Giveaway Period").
4. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway you must (a) subscribe to the Channel, (b) find the “Hidden Candy” in each of the two Videos that were given in each of the 8 Giveaway Videos and (c) place a Comment on the 8th Giveaway Video listing all 16 times (minutes:seconds) the Hidden Candy showed in the Videos, numbering them in the order they were given (together the “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER HOUSEHOLD, PER PERSON.
5. Winning: The winners of the Giveaway (“Winners”) shall be chosen by the Sponsor based on the order the valid Entries were received. The Winners shall be chosen within 3 days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
6. Prize Claim: The Winners will be notified within 4 days of the Giveaway Period End via video posted on February 28, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. PST, at which point, the Winners must contact the Sponsor via message on YouTube or email at [email protected]. The Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within 10 days of notification, or as directed by the Sponsor. The failure to respond timely, to the notifications and the failure to provide the Prize Claim Documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the Sponsor may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, the Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’ sole discretion. The Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner, for the actual value of the Prize received. Other restrictions may apply.
7. Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.
8. YouTube Policies
a)Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with YouTube’s own Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
b)YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
