I know we are in celebration mode since Donald Trump's Presidency Win! And we totally are... we also should acknowledge how tired and drained we are and how we have been affected by the last four years. Not only do we have a lot of work to do over the next four years but also a lot to heal from, and it is important to allow ourselves the time to heal and not expect it to be an overnight process.
