Patil Brothers at Poynad - an excellent and authentic Maharashtrian Restaurant
We stopped for breakfast at Patil Brothers enroute Alibag and were simply amazed with the Authentic Maharashtrian cuisine here. It has that unique village kind of taste to all their dishes. We had Kandha Pohe (Maharashtrian speciality of beaten rice with onion and potatoes) and Egg Bhurji. On an earlier occasion, we also had Puri Bhaji and Kanda Bhajji.
Not only is it authentic and tasty, it is reasonably priced too 1
