There was a mistake with the part about the weapon banner key pity it is 70, not 40. Everything else I said about the keys is fine.
Limited banners change every three weeks, you can't get every release character unless you are lucky with the 50/50, and so far every new event with a new A rank is free.
The monthly pass gives you additional pull currency, stamina, and upgrade material best part of the pass gives you this cube (need 30 of them for character keys, and for basic 5-star keys need 10 cubes, on pass 4 for free and 6 if you buy the pass) which you can use for duplicates of weapon keys instead of going back to the key banner for another copy (copies increase the multiplier stats of the key). Also, get a basic 5-star key every month on the pass
