WHY I WAS HIDING MY THIRD PREGNANCY FOR THE LONGEST TIME.
Pregnancy didn’t come as a surprise but rather the reality of having a newborn didn't excite me. There were thoughts about childcare. I need to find someone to care for the newborn when I work. The au pair we had left us unexpectedly. I was thinking about the struggles I will face having to pump at work. My husband is encouraging me to be SAHM (stay-at-home mom) again but I am worried about how I will feel mentally. I enjoy working at the hospital, working on YouTube, and gardening.
Here is a list of common pregnancy symptoms: NV, breast changes/discomfort, frequent urination, bloating, constipation, tiredness, and missed periods.
My first-trimester pregnancy symptoms consisted of nausea lasting a few minutes just once a day triggered by smell. It was easy to hide among coworkers and family. I had a heightened sense of smell to soap products but besides that, I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms.
Because of this, I could stay active by biking, strength training, and taking toddler ice skating.
Work was not impacted and wearing baggy scrubs made it easy to hide. While traveling with the family I wore loose tops.
