Explanation how the video was shot:

This video demonstrates how easy it can be if you mount your iPhone on a gimbal on top of a monopod and let it go through the open sunroof of your car, while somebody else is driving. The roll of the horizon in the curves of the road comes from the gimbal's gyro sensor getting confused by the horizontal centripetal forces - even looks a bit as if you lean into the curves.
This footage was shot on our way into the mountains for a visit of the olive oil company 'Stagna'.
Alone the stunning view into beautiful valleys is worth the trip, not to mention the great olive oil they produce as a small family business.
