Dès le début du concert Bonny B joue les premières notes d’harmonica et soudain… la salle se transforme en hall de gare, le train au loin arrive, le son de l’harmonica de Bonny envoie les pulsations d’une vieille locomotive à la façon de Sonny Terry, le sifflement du chef de gare nous invite à monter
dans le wagon de la paix. La magie opère…le voyage commence…
Bonny B nous transporte dans son monde : un appel à la non violence à travers des morceaux inédits et des standards réinventés à son propre style, qui invitent tous, à propager l’amour et l’harmonie. Si Bonny B est si conscient que vivre dans un monde de paix est essentiel c’est parce que lui-même, et toute sa famille ont souffert des atrocités de la guerre et du régime des Khmers rouges. L’obligation de quitter sa terre natale pour fuir le régime assassin de Pol Pot, fut une coupure totale de ses racines et un traumatisme profond. Mais grâce à la découverte de la musique, le blues essentiellement, Bonny B a trouvé son propre chemin de résilience et une philosophie positive. Ses talents et dons musicaux sont multiples : une voix chaude et profonde, un virtuosité unique pour son jeu d’harmonica, auteur, compositeur, interprète, il joue également de la cigarbox , de plus son vécu ajoute une profondeur rare à son interprétation.
Bonny B est accompagné par son frère Ice B, à qui il a offert sa première guitare…et qui dit-on fait partie des meilleurs guitaristes de blues du monde ! Ce duo de choc tourne depuis 1992, ils ont joué plus de 3000 concerts ensemble et sorti 17 album, autant dire que leur extrême connivence et complicité s’apparentent à celle des doigts de la main !
Alors partons avec eux faire ce tour en train sur les rails de l’espoir ! Dans le contexte actuel il est nécessaire d’accéder aux voies de l’apaisement de l’âme au travers de concert cette qualité à la fois humaine et musicale.

Right at the start of the concert, Bonny B plays the first notes of his harmonica, and suddenly...the hall is transformed into a station concourse, the distant train arrives, the sound of Bonny's harmonica sends out the pulsations of an old locomotive in the style of Sonny Terry, the whistle of the stationmaster invites us to board the wagon of peace. The magic happens...the journey begins...
Bonny B transports us into his world: a call to non-violence through new songs and standards reinvented in his own style, inviting us all to spread love and harmony.
If Bonny B is so aware that living in a world of peace is essential, it's because he and his whole family suffered the atrocities of war and the Khmer Rouge regime. Having to leave his homeland to escape Pol Pot's murderous regime was a total break with his roots and a profound trauma. But thanks to the discovery of music, mainly blues, Bonny B found his own path to resilience and a positive philosophy. His musical talents and gifts are manifold: a warm, deep voice, unique virtuosity on the harmonica, songwriting, composition and performance, as well as the cigarbox, and his life experience adds a rare depth to his interpretations.
Bonny B is accompanied by his brother Ice B, to whom he gave his first guitar...and who is said to be one of the best blues guitarists in the world! This powerhouse duo has been touring since 1992, playing over 3,000 concerts together and releasing 17 albums, so it's safe to say that they're as close as the fingers on one hand!
