I don't want to pay $30 a month for a hotspot. My Galaxy Note 4 on Verizon is currently not rootable (no one's is unless you got the Developer Edition) so all the rooting tether options are out.
SO I researched on XDA what might give me a free hotspot and FoxFi, which costs about 8 bucks, did it!
