This is a long and annoying quest. It started for me after finishing The Heavy quest but it could start earlier. Jet Kordo is the original owner of the Trailblazer and left behind a holodisc with directions to get to his stash. Finding all six of his stashes will give you the Scoundrel Gear Set and unlock the Star Wars Outlaws It's Mine Now Trophy or Star Wars Outlaws It's Mine Now Achievement.
