speech.Speak speaks
You need to past that folder in
C:\Users\ {Your User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup For Windows vista, Windows 7 & 8 users.
And to
C:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\Start Menu\Programs\Startup For Windows Xp.
