I show you my top wild edibles things to forage in the Nordic regions of the world during these cold months. This foraging helps me manage the dark Norwegian winters and be more present in the changing temperatures.

In this video I go through these wild edibles:
Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium). Ryllik, in norwegian.
Juniper. Both berries and needles. (Juniperus communis). Einer in norwegian.
Lingonberries. Both berries and leaves. (Vaccinium vitis-idaea). Tyttebær in norwegian.
Spruce. (Picea abies). Gran in norwegian.
Pine (also known as Norwegian Pine). Both bark and needles. (Pinus sylvestris). Furu in norwegian.

I am not in any way a professional on this topic, and can only share my personal knowledge. I forage in Norway, and I speak mostly from my knowledge of plants in Norwegian nature. Your country might have more different types of these plants, and you might need to do more research on that. For example there are poisonous types of Pine and Juniper in other countries.
