Azalea - The Masters Signature Cocktail at Augusta National
Masters Weekend is upon us, and there's no better way to ring in the tournament and the great weather than with an official Masters cocktail! In this episode, we'll make the official version and a play on the delicious Azalea. Cheers!
Azalea (Official-ish)
2.5 oz Vodka
3 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Grenadine
Shake and strain into a tall glass with crushed ice. Garnish with cherry and orange slice and a straw.
Azalea (The Twist)
2 oz Gin
.5 oz Aperol
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Dry shake first then shake with ice. Double strain into an up glass and garnish with three dashes Peycheaud's Bitters. Enjoy!
