Silicone roof coating system application by A. Fricker Roofing
This EPDM roof system was about 12 years old and was beginning to have issues, before the roof expired past a point of return, we offered a solution to extend the roofs life expectancy by years. First, we did a deep clean using a special EPDM cleaner in order to properly clean the roof surface. Second, we applied a flashing grade material to large voids and areas of concern. Third we applied a 3-course method of material with polyester fabric for re-enforcement. The final step is the top coat to a milage for a 20 year system!
