oin the City of Boerne’s Planning Department on Zoom Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. for a 'Boerne Open Neighborhood Discussion' regarding:
215 Wanda Street which is currently zoned O1 and is considering an O1/R4-B rezoning. At this time the developer has not initiated the process for rezoning but is simply soliciting neighborhood feedback before submitting an official application.
232 West Bandera is requesting a Special Use Permit for a Thrift Store (without outside storage/ donation bin) to be contained within the existing footprint of the current commercial space.
