Yuzu Negroni
Gin, Yuzu Sake, Campari, Punt e Mes, Yuzu Bitters
Made this yuzu negroni off of the Three Sheets cocktail book for a housewarming, and this was definitely on the lighter side of negronis, which i was very into. Yuzu Sake and Punt e mes sub out for sweet vermouth, which would otherwise have a sticky sweet flavor. Yuzu bitters were added as well to give this drink more of a citrus kick.
160 ml Gin
160 ml Yuzu Sake
160 ml Campari
90 ml Punt e Mes
140 ml Water
20 drops Yuzu Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a container then stick in fridge/ freezer until ready to serve. Pour over a nice ice cube and enjoy.
