Aging can be a gradual process that you don't fully appreciate until you start noticing changes in recovery, energy, mental clarity, and overall performance.

At 60, I’ve experienced those changes firsthand. Starting in my 40s, I began researching the aging process and looking for ways to improve how I age rather than simply accepting the idea that these changes are inevitable.

In this video, I share my personal experience with aging, what prompted me to start studying longevity, and why I believe there are things we can do to potentially slow the aging process and improve our healthspan.

Topics covered:

My experience with aging in my 40s, 50s, and 60s
Changes in recovery, energy, and performance
Why I started studying longevity
The difference between lifespan and healthspan
Why slowing aging may help reduce the impact of age-related disease
Taking a proactive approach to aging
