Twitch Slide Transition | Beginners After Effects Tutorial | Dragon Ball FighterZ style
After Effects tutorial with the Twitch plugin. It is a simple effect that can add some diversity to your project.
This is the first of my tutorials and part one of about 4. I plan to release one for all of the transitions used in my DBFZ edits for this series so stick around drop request if something is missing.

00:15 || New Comp: Ctrl+N
00:25 || All of these are optional. I use 60fps to match the game’s frame rate.
00:37 || Select your footage and drag it into your timeline and arrange it however you need.
00:57 || Find the point where you want the transition to occur
01:19 || Trim and align your layers
01:35 || Add a new adjustment layer: Ctrl+Alt+N
|Make sure your timeline is selected or the options will be greyed out.
01:45 || Find the Twitch plugin and add it to the adjustment layer

01:55 || Adjust the Twitch settings as such.
|I left the settings easily visible so I don’t have to type it up.....
02:08 || Trim the Adj-layer to the area of transition and find a point where the slide is at its most dramatic. That will be the transition point.
02:26 || Find a point where it is most dramatic, place a marker, and find the two points around it where the slide is at its weakest or not occurring.
02:45 || This point can take a few seconds to near a minute.
