Joint hand exercises are a gentle form of exercise for individuals with limited mobility. Developing fine motor skills in the fingers, hands, elbows, and shoulder joints is very beneficial and necessary for those with arthrosis and arthritis, after a stroke, with decreased joint mobility, and leading a sedentary lifestyle.
