Individuals must achieve a minimum score of 60% to successfully pass the quiz. A valid email address is required at the time the quiz is taken. Upon successful completion, a certificate will be sent to the email address provided. If a certificate is not received, it is likely due to an incorrect email address being entered or the recipient’s security settings blocking delivery.
