I love these sweet yeast rolls with cheese ;-) They're the taste of my childhood. So I'm sharing my recipe with you to make these homemade yeast rolls fluffy, tender, and incredibly delicious. You'll also learn how to prepare the yeast dough and cheese filling. All of this will be topped with a crunchy crumble topping.

INGREDIENTS:
(makes 6 rolls)
YEAST DOUGH:
20 g fresh yeast
1/3 teaspoon salt
30 g butter
1 egg
60 g powdered sugar
300 g 450 type cake flour
125 ml milk
CHEESE MIX:
300 g thick ground cottage cheese from a bucket (for cheesecake)
50 g powdered sugar
10-12 g vanilla sugar
1/2 package cream pudding or 20 g potato flour
CRUMBLING:
50 g butter
50 g granulated sugar
75 g all-purpose flour
FOR BRUSHING:
1 egg
