CloudConnexa's Location Context Policy allows you to implement network access policy based on the geographic location of users attempting to access your WPC.
You can configure the policy to permit or deny connections depending on whether the device’s IP address matches a specific range or country. The device’s country is decided through IP address geolocation, which identifies the geographic area based on the IP address.
How it Works:
1. Location Context policy Association: When a device attempts to connect, CloudConnexa checks for associated Location Context policies for the user's group.
2. IP Address Matching: If IP address ranges are configured, the device's IP address is compared to the specified ranges.
3. Country Matching: If a country match is required, the device's location is determined using IP address geolocation.
4. Action Enforcement: Based on the matching results, CloudConnexa takes the configured action (allow, block, or other).
