Automatic Leveling, Elevation, and Firing Solution Computation in SimplePlanes | [SimplePlanes 1.9]
A very powerful, experimental system that automatically calculates a firing solution to hit a target based on Line-of-Sight acquisition. Simply put, this includes corrections in gun elevation for firing at targets on different elevations.
The formula used for this application is derived from the motion equations, best illustrated on this Wikipedia page.
