whats up guys ZT here and today im going to teach you how to make a facecam border in photoshop first click new and make it 1280x720 or 1920x1080 it depends on your computer then press the rectangle tool and just click and also make it 1280x720 or 1920x1080 then re size it and make the inside png and go to blending options and add a strock after that add your name and your done just press save as and make it as a png
