What is ‘People Operations’?
Today’s labor shortage in many industries, including in the home health care sector, has employers looking to transform and strengthen their HR strategies to attract and retain employees. While traditional HR practices deal with legalities and policies, which are essential, today’s HR also focuses a lot of energy on helping people fit into an organization.
