The Rat- A blues - Lofi Punk track
This is my last track from my second Lofi punk album. 2 years ago I uploaded my frist couple of tracks on youtube under the Lofi Punk name, just because I figured, that 'Lofi' is a buzz word and I might steal some views with it. Which I actually kinda did :D . Since than I got into Hip Hop, and started doing some Boom Bap beats, which I realized is what actually called Lofi. So in the following 7 tracks I aspired to actually create some terminologically correct Lofi Punk.
I created these tracks in January, so the mood of the tracks is strongly affected by the aphatetic boredom of the end of the COVID-19 isolation and the anxiety of russian tanks massing up on the Unkranian border (I live in Hungary).
The sounds come from:
samples: I sampled my own instrument playing (guitar, conga, percussion, keys, harmonica) in NI Maschine
basslines: mostly come from the Arturia Minibrute 2s analog synth, in one or two tracks it is a NI Maschine virtual bass
drums: mostly free samples or Maschine samples, If you hear percussion I played it myslef :D
guitars: I play guitar, Both electric and acoustic
