FOIP FACE TRACKING STAR CITIZEN MONOLOGUE!!! 3.4.2 | "Tears in the Rain" | "Blade Runner"
I decided to expand my boundaries of acting by taking advantage of the FOIP and VOIP found within Star Citizen's 3.4.2 Alpha Build. I'm a huge fan of the game and an even bigger fan of what it could become. Especially as an actor and roleplayer. So if I were to audition for a FOIP focused organization in the future, this might be a tape I would send them.
This is the famous "Tears in the Rain" monolgue from the original "Blade Runner" directed by Ridley Scott and written by Philip K. Dick. You'll see me start, stop and restart multiple takes to try and get the feel of the piece as well as the breath work, timing, changing motivations and tactics and imagery, and most importantly finding out how I need to contort my face to convey all of this through the foip. It was challenging, but I think I nailed it by the end. But you be the judge! There is always room for growth.
If you're wondering where I've been, don't worry, I'm not gone! I'm just focusing on a lot of exciting new projects and well...I literally made this for funsies and thought it was too cool not to share with everyone. More regular content of all kinds will be coming soon to the channel as I redesign stuff and start turning this into a more of a "post what I want and when I want" kind of creative vibe. You can expect more impressions, voice overs, podcasts and even puppet workshop videos and games! Pretty much the things that interest and comprise me as a person.
