With patch 5.1 C'Thun became easier to solo, due to changes in phase 2 - now you aren't instantly killed in his stomach.
P1: Nuke Eye of C'Thun.
P2: Nuke his tentacles while in his stomach and then quickly go outside.
P3: Kill C'Thun. Good Luck and Have Fun!
