Effect of Celestron Dew Ring on Star Shape
Does the Celestron Dew Heater Ring cause star shape (and image) distortions? We take a look at that question in this video by evaluating the effect of temperature variation across an SCT corrector plate on the refracted light path and also take a way too close up look at stars to see if there is an observable effect.
