KeePass is a free and local, open-source password manager. Don't trust browsers with your passwords or credit card information. This data is saved on multiple servers throughout the internet and you can never be completely sure what happens to it.
It's best to keep things offline. KeePass allows you to do that. You can save a local password database and manage all your login details and credit card information in one place.
There are even some safe ways to synchronize your passwords locally between all your devices using software like Syncthing. This allows you to sync your passwords directly instead of first copying it to cloud storage and then downloading it again on another device. No need to do that.
