I believe this is one of Kevin Matisyn's solo songs, although in one of Parabelle's recording videos you hear Tim (the former guitar player of Framing Hanley + Parabelle) recording the guitar part, so it might have been an unreleased Parabelle song. Regardless of the artist, it's a great song.
