Havoc Has a NEW BEST Raid Build! Because of a Bug!
Watchers of the channel will have seen that i posted a video on wednesday breaking down the nicememes build for Havoc Demon Hunter, and how i mentioned a no chaotic transformation build that was better than what nicememes was playing. And well, here it is, and it IS better, but ONLY if you are fully prestacking 4 stacks of cycle of hatred! I do want to stress this is not the same as the Nicememes build, the removal of CTr does change it quite a bit! So today, we're going to break it down!
